Based on the Business Integration Model, as described below, our action plan is designed to help your organization, by using an integrated approach of the company’s main activities. For this purpose, we clearly define:
- Strategy - The basis for a common understanding throughout the company of what the business wants to accomplish. It is the strategic vision that determines the requirements when establishing strategic alliances;
- Business Process - The day-to-day activities of a corporate organization. Processes offer opportunities to shift the paradigms of a corporation by redefining how business functions are performed and who performs them;
- Technology - An enabler of corporate strategy. Technology provides the underlying support of executing business processes, measuring results and formulating new strategies;
- People - The most critical component of any change, and often the most difficult aspect of change. People must be educated in business strategy, trained in new purchasing techniques and empowered through tools and technology in order for change to be successful.
