We support our Partners to get a clear insight on their needs and ideas, we undergo them throughout the analysis and documentation phases, and then we turn them into complete, eligible Projects. We take over our Partners responsibilities and we successfully carry them out. We support our Partners to accomplish their duties and we implement their Projects, keeping everything under control. We maximize our role in order to minimize our Partners efforts, starting with the Action Plan draft way up to defining the Project Final Report.
