On the 8th of May 2008, Partners Consulting is hosting at JW Marriott a seminar on developing and retaining the talents within the organisation.
Retention is one of the major problems an organisation has to deal with nowadays. The subject will be discussed both by Partners Consulting and our collaborators from LCS Academy (UK), who honored the invitation in order to share their knowledge and vision about developing and keeping the talents within an organisation.
The representative who is going to interact with the audience on behalf of LCS Academy is Keith Patching, an experienced trainer and consultant in leadership and organisation development. He previously held the position of Director of the Management Development Unit at Cranfield University School of Management. Keith Patching also wrote and published a number of books, such as "Management and Organisation Development: Beyond arrows, boxes and circles" (Macmillan Business, London 1999), "Corporate Politics for IT Managers" (Butterworth Heinemann, London 2000) and "Leadership, Character and Strategy" (Palgrave Macmillan, 2006).
