Partners Consulting has signed an agreement with LCS Academy for providing courses and consultancy in leadership development area.
LCS Academy is a British company, specialized in delivering a large variety of leadership development programmes. Their target is to encourage and to support leaders in developing their own strategies. The key lesson successful leaders learn is "Don't follow what other people do. Do what feels right."
The founder of the company, Keith Patching, works for more than 15 years as an independent coach and consultant in leadership and organisation development. He previously held the position of Director of the Management Development Unit at Cranfield University School of Management. Keith Patching also wrote and published a number of books, such as "Management and Organisation Development: Beyond arrows, boxes and circles" (Macmillan Business, London 1999), "Corporate Politics for IT Managers" (Butterworth Heinemann, London 2000) and "Leadership, Character and Strategy" (Palgrave Macmillan, 2006).
Keith graduated with degrees in Philosophy and Social Anthropology from Oxford University, and he has developed a unique suite of instruments to help identify individuals' primary motivators and values, and the means of evaluating the degree of match between individuals' primary drivers and the values actively promoted within their organizations. He has been independently responsible for running development projects and programmes in Europe, Asia, Australia, and North and South America that have ranged from tailored courses to one-to-one coaching.
