Mike Westwood is a facilitator and trainer in the development of organisations and their individuals. His sector experience includes industry, the commercial world, central and local government, academic institutions and the voluntary sector.
His focus is more on the real organisation problems, on commitment to action and his 20 years of experience as a facilitator ensures that participants have access to the latest and most practical ideas. Mike has worked throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Far East and New Zeeland and recent clients have included IBM (he worked 10 years within IBM as an external trainer), Ericsson, Rolls Royce, American Express, Symbian and Greenpeace).
